Product use

Large diameter turbine gate valve is one of the most commonly used block valves. It is mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline, and is not suitable for regulating the medium flow. Large diameter turbine gate valve is suitable for a wide range of pressure, temperature and diameter, especially for medium and large diameter pipes. The large diameter turbine gate valve can reduce the pressure when the large diameter gate valve is opened, and the bypass valve can also be used in emergency. Large diameter turbine gate valve meets the requirements of advanced standards at home and abroad, with reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance. The sealing pairs are advanced and reasonable. The sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are overlaid with Stellite cobalt based cemented carbide with different hardness. The sealing is reliable, with high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.

Product features

(1) The fluid resistance is small. The medium channel inside the gate body of large diameter turbine gate valve is straight through, and the flow direction of medium does not change when it flows through the gate valve, so the flow resistance is small.

(2) It is easy to open and close. When the bevel gear is installed, one person can open the large diameter gate valve. When opening and closing, the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium. Compared with the stop valve, the opening and closing of the gate valve is labor-saving.

(3) The flow direction of media is generally unrestricted. The medium can flow in any direction from both sides of the gate valve to achieve the purpose of connecting or cutting off. It is easy to install and suitable for the pipeline where the flow direction of medium may change.
