Ⅰ、Test and adjustment of pneumatic butterfly valve

1. Both manual, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric parts of butterfly valve are strictly debugged before delivery. When rechecking the sealing performance, the user should fix both sides of the inlet and outlet evenly, close the butterfly valve, press the inlet side, and observe whether there is leakage at the outlet side. Before the strength test of the pipeline, the disc plate should be opened to prevent damage to the sealing pair.

2. Although the pneumatic butterfly valve has been strictly inspected and tested before delivery, there are still some products with automatic screw displacement during transportation, which need to be readjusted, pneumatically and hydraulically. Please refer to the operation manual of supporting drive device.

3. The opening and closing stroke of the control mechanism has been adjusted well when the electric drive butterfly valve leaves the factory. In order to prevent the wrong direction when the power is connected, the user should first turn on the manual to the half open position after the power is connected for the first time, and then press the electric switch to check that the direction of the indicator wheel is consistent with the valve closing direction.

Ⅱ、Common faults and elimination methods of pneumatic butterfly valve

1. Before installation, confirm whether the product performance and medium flow arrow of our factory are consistent with the moving condition, and insert and clean the inner chamber of the valve. It is not allowed to have impurities on the sealing ring and butterfly plate. It is not allowed to close the butterfly plate before cleaning, so as to avoid damaging the sealing ring.

2. It is recommended to use the special flange for disc valve, namely hgj54-91 socket welding steel flange.

3. The best position for installation in the pipeline is vertical installation, but it can not be installed upside down.

4. In use, the flow rate needs to be adjusted, and the worm gear box is used for control.

5. For the disc valve with more opening and closing times, open the worm gear box cover in about two months, check whether the grease is normal, and keep proper amount of butter.

6. Check the connection parts to ensure the tightness of the packing and the flexible rotation of the valve rod.

7. Metal sealed butterfly valve is not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If it must be installed at the end of the pipeline, it is necessary to install the outlet flange to prevent the sealing ring from overstocking and over positioning.

8. Valve stem installation and use reaction, regularly check the use effect of the valve, and timely eliminate the fault.
